    The full automatic servo adult diaper making machine production line boasts a remarkable efficiency rate of ≥85%, with a design speed capable of producing 300 pcs per minute and a stable work speed that can reach 200-250 pcs per minute. Additionally, the scrap rate is relatively low, at less than or equal to 4% (excluding scrap caused by hot melt, materials splicing, or joint). The product structure is Leg cuff hydrophobic nonwoven, Top sheet hydrophobic nonwoven, ADL, Cotton core (SAP mixed), Side tape, Waistband, Frontal tape, and Back sheet. And the general product sizes it produces are M (680*450mm), L (800*650mm), and XL (950*760mm).
    The metal material requirement is higher for core parts, so we use new materials at home and abroad, to establish our standard heat treatment processing, and also use hardness testing, to improve the hardness of spare parts and increase resistance.And calibrating the machine inside our factory, we will then request the client in our facility to confirm the machine's performance. Only when our client approves of the machine will we arrange the delivery. After the customized adult diaper production line has reached the client's destination, technicians will be assigned to the site, taking care of the assembly and calibration.
