   The full servo adult diaper production line adopts servo control, equipped with program system, driven system, tension system, safety system, packing system, and web guiding system. It has a very fast working speed, reaching 300pcs per minute, and its rejection rate is only ≤4%, excluding scrap caused by hot melt, materials splicing, or joint.
  The production line uses a newly forming system and advanced automatic waste removal system, in line with UE, UL, and CAS safety performance certification, a fully automated quality management system, and an application management system, which can automatically eliminate, and reject unqualified products, through the high-tech electric eye, to ensure high-quality diaper products.
  The product structure of the full servo adult diaper production line concludes with Leg cuff hydrophobic nonwoven, Top sheet hydrophobic nonwoven, ADL, Cotton core (SAP mixed), Side tape, Waistband, Frontal tape, and Back sheet. Replacement of a few parts can be produced in: M(680*450mm),L(800*650mm) and XL(950*760mm)sizes, which can be customized according to customer requirements. The quality of the machines is high and the key components are imported brands such as Omron,, and SICK to extend the life of the machines.
