The machine has high production capacity, can work continuously, with few interruptions, working speed of 600 pieces/min, which can produce a large number of baby pants in a short time. The uncoiling is stable during splicing, and the splicing can be automatically spliced or the button splicing can be controlled. The splicing speed can be set separately on the operation screen. The roll diameter of the raw material splicing type can be accurately adjusted to save raw materials.

3. Main Production Process & Stations

The machine executes a continuous, sequential process:

1. Material Unwinding & Feeding: Rolls of top sheet, back sheet, pulp, and SAP are fed with automatic splicing.

2. Core Forming: The heart of the machine. Fluff pulp and SAP are air-laid onto a moving web to form the absorbent core. Advanced units allow for 3D or channeled core structures.

3. Lamination & Elastic Attachment: The core is sandwiched between top and back sheets. Leg elastics and waist elastics are applied under tension and bonded.

4. Shaping & Cutting: For tape-style: The web is cut into T-shapes. For pants-style: The web is shaped and side-sealed.

5. Fastening System Application: Hook tapes (for tape-style) or waistband elastics (for pants-style) are applied.

6. Folding & Packaging: Diapers are folded, counted, stacked, and automatically packaged into bags or boxes.
