Materials Used:
Non-woven fabric (top sheet and back sheet)
Fluff pulp and super absorbent polymer (SAP) for the absorbent core
Elastic materials (for leg cuffs and waistbands)
Adhesives (hot melt glue)
Release paper (if applicable)
Process:
Rolls of raw materials are loaded onto the machine's unwinding system.
Materials are fed into the machine in a continuous web.
Process:
Fluff pulp is air-laid or carded to form a soft, fluffy layer.
Super absorbent polymer (SAP) is evenly distributed onto the fluff pulp.
The mixture is compressed to form the absorbent core, which is then cut to the required size.
Process:
The top sheet (non-woven fabric that touches the skin) is layered over the absorbent core.
The back sheet (waterproof layer) is placed underneath the absorbent core.
Adhesives (hot melt glue) are applied to bond the layers together.
Process:
Elastic bands are attached to the leg cuffs and waistband areas.
The elastic is stretched and bonded to the diaper layers to ensure a snug fit.
Process:
The diaper is folded into a pants-style shape.
The sides are sealed using ultrasonic bonding or heat sealing to create the underwear-like design.
Process:
The continuous web of diapers is cut into individual pieces using rotary or cross-cut knives.
The cutting process is synchronized with the machine's speed to ensure precision.
Process:
The individual diapers are folded into a compact shape for packaging.
Folding can be done in a Z-fold or C-fold configuration, depending on the design.
Process:
The folded diapers are counted and stacked.
They are then packaged into bags or boxes using automated packaging systems.
Packaging can include resealable tapes or handles for convenience.
Process:
Sensors and cameras inspect the diapers for defects (e.g., improper sealing, missing elastic, or uneven cutting).
Defective products are automatically removed from the production line.
The finished adult pants diapers are ready for distribution.
High-Speed Automation:
Modern machines can produce 300 to 1,000+ diapers per minute.
Precision and Consistency:
Advanced control systems ensure uniform product quality.
Flexibility:
Machines can be adjusted to produce different sizes (S, M, L, XL) and absorbency levels.

Non-Woven Fabric:
Soft, breathable, and skin-friendly.
Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP):
Provides high absorbency and locks in moisture.
Ultrasonic Bonding:
Ensures strong and durable seals without adhesives.
Hot Melt Adhesives:
Used for bonding layers and attaching elastic.
