The machine performs the following sequential operations in one integrated line:
Raw Material Unwinding:
Top Sheet (Nonwoven), Back Sheet (PE Film/Composite), Absorbent Core (Pulp & SAP), Elastics, etc., are fed from large rolls.
Core Forming & SAP Integration:
The core forming unit deposits fluff pulp and super absorbent polymer (SAP) onto a moving air-lay web to create the absorbent pad.
Layer Lamination & Elastic Application:
The top sheet, absorbent core, and back sheet are bonded.
Leg elastics and waist elastics are applied under tension and sealed.
T-Shape Cutting & Side Sealing:
The continuous web is cut into individual T-shaped diapers using a rotary die cutter.
The side seams (where the front and back wings meet) are heat-sealed or ultrasonically bonded.
Fastening System Application:
Hook tapes (PP side tapes) are automatically applied to the back wings.
The landing zone (loop material) is attached to the front panel.
Folding, Counting & Packaging:
Diapers are folded (Z-fold or C-fold), stacked, counted, and packaged into bags or boxes.
